Botanical Saison

5.3% ABV

House culture fermented Saison brewed with Perle, Strisselspalt and Saaz hops, lemon balm, lemon myrtle, lemongrass, camomile and lemon verbena. Notes of delicate lemon and tea like undertones, bubblegum, clove and banana.

Electric Daze

6.5% ABV

Wild cask blended ale. Notes of peach, stone fruit, grapefruit, nectarine, tangerine, delicate funk finishing with bright acidity.

Ordinary Creep

4.1% ABV

Hybrid dry hopped sour with Mosaic and Simcoe. Notes of stone fruit, peach fuzz and apricot.

Party In The Dark

9% ABV

A blend of wild dark ales aged in Bourbon, Brandy, and Scotch casks. Notes of dark cherry, dates, black and blue fruits, rich malty undertones, smokey peat, finishing with a full mouthfeel.

Red Briar

8.4% ABV

A distinctly tart and complex American wild ale reminiscent of a West Flanders style ale. Fermented with red raspberry juice and local yeast aged in French Oak red wine casks.

Rye’m & Season

5.8% ABV

Rye sour with notes of dark cocoa, cinnamon, soft spice, crisp tart apple, finishing with subtle malty undertones and pineapple.

The Balloonist

6.5 % ABV

Sour golden strong ale brewed with orange peel. Notes of fresh apple and pear accompanied by bright citrus and honey.

THE BIG SALAD

6.5% ABV

A bright blend of 100% cask aged beer in collaboration with our friends at City Brew Tours. With beer up to 2yrs old, derived from a variety of casks, including wine and bourbon barrels this blend is aptly named. Notes of citrus, tart cherry, oak, funk, mild acidity, finishing with a floral dryness.

The Koel – Aid Concord

8.4% ABV

Cask aged beer blended with fresh concord juice.

Thief Share

8.9% ABV

Hand selected old stock brown ale (aged 3-4 years) blended with young stock red ale (aged 1-2 years). Notes of soft acidity, dark chocolate, raisin, oak, black currant, cherry, and plum.

Town Mouse

4.9% ABV

Dry hopped Saison with Czech Saaz and Fuggle hops. Notes of honey, green tea, malty biscuit undertones, finishing with a delicate hop presence.

Farmhouse ale brewed with apples, orange blossom honey, coriander and fermented with Brettanomyces Claussenii. Notes of crisp yellow apple, pear, and vibrant undertones of honey.

Hidden Hand

6.2% ABV

Puncheon barrel fermented farmhouse ale. Notes of tart ripe peach juice, peach fuzz, apricot, meyer lemon, subtle hay, tropical undertones, finishing with a dry soft acidity.

Laphroaig Ragnarok

8.3% ABV

Equal parts Strong ale and Scottish Ale fermented with elderberries, black currant, red raspberry, and black cherry juice aged in Laphroaig Scotch casks. Notes of dark fruits, red fruit jam, accompanied by bright smokey overtones, earthiness, and peat.

Ragnarok

8.1% ABV

Equal parts Strong ale, Scottish ale and Viking metal concert. Ale fermented with elderberries, black currant, red raspberry, and black cherry juice. Notes of dark fruits, red fruit jam, accompanied by smokey undertones, earthiness, and peat.
