Brewers Tap – Imperial Fudge Stout

9.1% ABV

Imperial dessert stout with chocolate fudge. Notes of dark roasted malt, massive cocoa and milk chocolate.

Brewers Tap IPA

8.6% ABV

IPA brewed with pale malts, rolled oats and heavily dry hopped with Mosaic. Notes of mango, guava, and pine resin.

Brewers Tap Wild IPA

6.9% ABV

Sour wild IPA brewed with Mosaic hops and fermented with brettanomyces. Notes of grapefruit, citrus, and tropical fruit.

Foraged Sumac

6.1% ABV

Farmhouse ale fermented with Pennsylvania foraged yeast and Staghorn sumac. Notes of fresh strawberry, Meyer lemon, peaks with a bright earthy funk and finishes with a slight chalky minerality.

Puncheon Aged Goedenacht

9.5% ABV

Puncheon barrel aged farmhouse ale brewed with apples, orange blossom honey and coriander. Notes of subtle funk, yellow apple, bright floral honey, and oak.

Queen of the Yellow Dolls

7% ABV

Mixed culture farmhouse ale fermented with Western Pennsylvania yellow watermelon from Shenot farms. Notes of must, straw, white tea and vibrant melon.

Razmata

6.4% ABV

Berliner Weisse fermented with raspberries.

Rollin with the Puncheons

6.7% ABV

A blend of spontaneously fermented ales aged in puncheons. Notes of red and blue fruit, oak and funk.

Skin to Skin

5.1% ABV

Farmhouse ale aged in puncheons refermented on blueberry and concord grape skins.

The Behemoth

20% ABV

2 year aged wild cask beer refermented on Nebbiolo grapes and conditioned on single origin Ethiopian coffee beans. Notes of rich roasted malt, cocoa nibs, over ripe grape, plum, prune, green pepper, roasted coffee, finishing with soft acidic acid undertones.

The Koel – Aid Concord

8.4% ABV

Spontaneously fermented cask aged beer blended with fresh concord juice.

The Plague

9.2% ABV

Belgian inspired stout aged in Petite Syrah wine casks, fermented with red raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries.
